Cancellation policy:

In order to secure an appointment, we require a credit card on file(or, $100 deposit for chemical treatment, $60 for cut). Any cancellations or reschedules within 48 hrs, $100(or $60) will be charged. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment could be considered a late cancellation, due to the fact that we may not have enough time to perform the full service.

Consultation is complementary, takes about 15- 30mins.
