Our master artists use 4 different techniques: Microblading, Microfeathering, Microshading, Microshading-Ombre for the best result. A lot of times, only one technique isn’t enough for everybody.

What is Microblading:
Microblading is a technique using a super-fine pen (technically, a bundle of 12 to 15 needles) to deposit pigment into skin.
The tip is so fine, in fact, that it can create hair strokes that look legit. And the needles reach only into the superficial layers of the skin, which is what makes the method semi-permanent (versus permanent, like traditional cosmetic tattoos).
Compared to other techniques, “microblading gives a very natural look and better simulates hair”.
What is Microfeathering:
Microfeathering is a form of microblading. It is a natural, fluffy-looking brow. Pigment is deposited with fine blades into the incisions, resulting in an incredible natural-looking ‘eyebrow hair.
Unlike microblading, which typically creates most of the brow for you, Artists use your existing brow hairs as the “starting base” and simply fills it in as needed.
What is Microshading:
If microblading is like painting and microfeathering more like sketching, microshading is like an Impressionist got ahold of the blade.
Microshading technique is done using either an electric hand tool or a manual tool, which creates a soft, powdered effect that resembles eyebrow powder.
Instead of the hair stroke typical with microblading and microfeathering, microshading employs a stippling method, which uses repetitive dots of pigment.
It’s like the pomade or powder to microblading’s pencil strokes—just semi-permanent. This is best for anyone who wants brows to look more done(Thick and filled in).
What is Microshading-Ombre:
Achieve a more defined make-up look with an ombre effect. A delicate shading technique, using individually applied point of color, results in a bolder brow.
The ombre effect creates a subtle blended transition that adds depth to brows and opens up the face.
This treatment is best for those who seek a more defined make-up look. It is also most appropriate for clients where individual strokes from Microblading are difficult to see, e.g. darker skin tones.
Ombre Brow results last for up to 12 months
How We Do for Brows:
We will first draw on the brow by hand, strand by strand, to get to the shape that is made just for you. The artist will take into account existing brow shape, your facial structure, and your preferences. Once we decide on the brow form, we consult on the color. A hue is mixed to order (we will track the formulation, for future touch-ups).
A topical numbing cream is applied which will take approximately 20 minutes to take effect. Then, the artist will use a specially-made tool to delicately scratch the brow into the skin, strand-by-strand. This technique is also known as Microblading. Dye is applied into the brow design. The entire treatment time is approximately two hours.
There is no downtime, however the brow will take about two weeks to fully heal. The brow may appear darker than you are used to for a few days, then will lighten into the desired color within two weeks. Please follow after-care instructions and return for the touch up within two months.
Between the initial treatment and the touch up, you may experience peeling (typically noticeable only up close) and fading of the brow. This is natural and part of the treatment process. The touch up will build on the color that has already been absorbed into the skin.
Your brows will last for up to 18 months, depending on individual circumstances (e.g. skin type, thickness and depth of color chosen, and lifestyle), and fade gradually and naturally.
After Care:
Apply our after-care Cream for the best results. Use a Q-tip to apply to eyebrows. Do not pick at the brow when the color starts to peel.
To be certain color is not compromised, please avoid the following for one week after treatment: sun exposure, saunas, and excessive sweating. Avoid the following for two weeks: swimming and facials
Touchup:
Please return within two months of the initial brow treatment for the complimentary touchup. Brows is a two-step process and the touchup is necessary to set the shape and color.
The same process as with the original treatment will be followed, although since we will follow the brow shape and color from initial treatment, the appointment will be slightly shorter.
Touch-ups can be done every so often to refresh brows, darken color, or fill in gaps. Minor changes in shape can also be made to the original results. How often?
